Chapter Two - Rolling Eyes, Bored
Die Abschnitte in „Kapitel Zwei - Mit den Augen rollend, gelangweilt“ verbinden analoge Produktion mit digitalem Finish. Das Bildquadrat im Hintergrund und die darüber gelegten Streifen sind zunächst auf Papier gedruckt worden. Unter und über dem Hintergrundquadrat liegt eine 5 mm dicke Glasscheibe, die den ersten Streifen trägt, darüber eine dritte Glasscheibe mit dem zweiten Streifen und eine vierte Glasscheibe als Abschluss. Das Ganze wurde digital abfotografiert und auf das richtige Format gebracht, bevor die digitale Schraffur darüber gelegt wurde. Die Details der Bildebenen geben Hinweise auf die folgenden Orte:
The sections in "Chapter Two - Rolling Eyes, Bored" blend analog production with digital finishing. The square image background and the overlaid strips have initially been printed on paper. Beneath and above the background square lies a 5 mm thick glass panel, carrying the first strip, above which is a third glass panel with the second strip, and a fourth glass panel as the final layer. The whole assembly was digitally photographed and adjusted to the correct format before the digital hatching was applied on top.
